RKS manufactures RTJ gaskets for oil field as per API6A Standards and we are engaged in this field for more than 16 years. We are supplying to leading customers who cater this products worldwide

RKS manufactures all its products guided by quality management system accredited to ISO -9001 -2015 Standards. Quality checks done at all level of manufacturing ensure the product in conforming to the specifications in the standards.

All RKS product are traceable and identified with Heat code allowed to that batch of supply . RKS is in the process of acquiring API 6A monogram. Genuine Material will be used in the process and tested in Labs to conform to standards for chemical composition and tested for material hardness for the recommended values as per API 6A as per the table below.

All low carbon Steel RTJ gaskets are protected from Rusting with Zinc plating to maximum coating thickness of 8 mm.

Style R

Standard R Type joints are manufactured in accordance with AP16A and ASME16.20 size /ratings both octagonal and oval shape configuration can be manufactured according to customer Requirements to suit the profile of grooves in the Assembly Flanges.

STYLE BX

Style BX are manufactured in accordance to standards in AP16A & ASME16.20.It finds applications in high pressure system which may go upto 20000PSI.

BX Gaskets will have face to face contact with Flanges .BX Type gaskets will be provided with pressure balance hole to ensure equalization of pressure which may be trapped in grooves.

Specialized Ring Type Joints

Transition Ring Type Joint

There are Combination rings of two different Size having similar pitch circle diameter .This will find application in sealing RTJ Type Flanges where the diameter of grooves are different from each other.

Subsea Gaskets

SBX type are similar to BX Type ring type joints and will have additional passage hole in the cross section. This will prevent pressure lock when connection are made under water. Suffix letter's will indicate the application.

Lens Rings

These gasket rings are manufactured in accordance with DIN2696. It will seal for special application for high temperature and pressure .

These types of gaskets will have spherical surface and are suitable for use conical Flanges faces. Due to me softness of ring material it will deform both elastically and plastically seal the Flanges face ensuring good contact .
